Prerequisites
Documents must contain text: scanned, image-only PDFs are excluded from text extraction. AI matching runs within each plan's monthly AI usage limit.

対応しているファイル形式と上限は?
PDF・Word(.docx)・Excel(.xlsx)・PowerPoint(.pptx)に対応しています。ファイルごとの上限はPDFが10MB・300ページまで、Word・Excel・PowerPointが各5MBまでです。ライブラリ全体では1社(テナント)あたり50文書・合計200MBまで保管できます。
スキャンした紙の規程(画像のみのPDF)も読み取れますか?
いいえ。テキスト抽出は文書内のテキストデータを対象とするため、画像のみのスキャンPDFは「テキストなし」となり、突合の対象になりません。テキストを含むPDFまたはWord・Excel・PowerPoint形式でのアップロードをお願いします。
文書の内容から、回答やスコアが自動で入力されますか?
いいえ、意図的に行いません。文書はあくまで参考情報で、回答は人が行います。文書の内容が先入観として評価を誘導すること(アンカリング)を避けるための設計です。AIヒアリングが不要になるものではなく、ヒアリングを補助する機能です。
AIが示す引用や関連度は、どのように確からしさを担保していますか?
AIが文書から引用したテキストは元の文書と照合され、一致が確認できないものは破棄されます。また、文書内のテキストがAIへの不正な指示として働かないよう、複数の層で対策を適用しています。関連度(高/中/低)は参考情報であり、最終的な判断は人が行う前提です。
誰がアップロードできますか?
管理者(自社アカウント全体を管理する権限)と実務者(セキュリティ運用を担当する権限)に加え、回答者(評価ヒアリングの回答専用の権限)もアップロードできます。現場の担当者が、手元にある規程類・手順書をそのまま投入できます。文書の削除・原本ダウンロードは管理者と実務者のみ行えます。
アップロードした文書がAIの学習に使われることはありますか?
いいえ。本サービスを通じて送信されたデータがAIの学習に使われることはありません。データはAWS 東京リージョン内に保存され、テナント間で完全に分離されます。文書を削除すると設問との突合結果も削除され、以後のヒアリングでは参照されません。
AI利用量の上限との関係は?
文書と設問のAI突合は、各プランに設けられた月次のAI利用量上限の範囲内で動作します。エビデンスライブラリ自体に追加費用はありません。上限に近づいた場合には事前にご連絡し、追加枠や上位プランについてご相談いただけます。
