対応形式は.xlsxのみで、1ファイル5MBまでです。設問の抽出は1シートあたり最大500問までです。CSV・PDF形式には対応していません。
受領した元のExcelに直接回答が書き込まれますか?
いいえ。回答は、設問・回答案・適合状況の一覧をまとめた別紙のExcelとして出力します。受領した原本はそのまま保管され、いつでも再ダウンロードできます。
AIの回答をそのまま取引先に提出してよいですか?
AIが作成するのは回答の草案です。適合状況や根拠を人がレビューし、内容を確定するワークフローを前提としています。根拠となる評価結果が見つからず確信度が低い設問は、「要確認」として明示されます。
利用の前提条件は?
承認済みのアセスメント結果が1件以上必要です(CISOaaSでの評価結果が回答の根拠になるため)。利用プランは専門家レビュー プラン以上です。
誰が操作できますか?
CISOaaSのユーザー権限ごとに操作範囲が分かれます。アップロード・AI草案生成・編集・確定は、管理者(自社アカウント全体を管理する権限)と実務者(セキュリティ運用を担当する権限)が行えます。閲覧者(読み取り専用の権限)は閲覧とExcel出力のみ行えます。回答者(評価ヒアリングの回答専用の権限)はご利用いただけません。
